Who we are very much depends on who we think we are. We change every day in dependence upon our thoughts – but usually without choice, which is why we experience so many problems. Through learning Buddha’s practical insights into who we really are and who we can be, we can harness a natural process of self-transformation to empower us in our daily life. Instead of struggling or even fighting with ourselves, we can make real, sustained, and deep changes with wisdom, and in the process, experience more profound and eventually transcendental levels of joy, fulfilment and meaning.

There are 3 x 1-hour sessions of guided meditations and inspiring talks taught by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Nyingpo. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for over 25 years and taught for many years internationally. Her teachings are warm and inspiring and she understands the challenges people face in their lives, offering practical advice and solutions for the modern world.
