Wellbeing over Work organises natural walks of wonder in woods and green spaces around Reading, Berkshire and nature-inspired crafts workshops.
Walking mindfully in nature will leave you feeling refreshed, focused and grounded. It can be beneficial if you feel overwhelmed at work, home or returning to work after a long break. These walks are also ideal for people who just want to be more ‘in nature’ or spend time with like-minded people.
Wellbeing over Work also hosts regular Natural Netwalking walks in Reading to get business people walking and talking.
