Make time to slow down and notice nature on mindful, sensory walks around ancient woodlands and quiet green spaces in Reading. 

Lasting around an hour, these morning and lunchtime walks use aspects of Shinrin-Yoku (the Japanese practice of 'forest bathing') to quieten your busy mind and help you relax if you feel overwhelmed and anxious.

Ideal for people who may feel isolated due to furlough, declining mental health and for those feeling nervous about returning to work after an extended time away.

All sessions comply with the government’s Covid-19 guidance and from Thursday 5 November, these events will be offered as 1-to-1 walks.

Nature Works Wonders also hosts monthly 'netwalks' (networking while walking) in Reading town centre connecting small business owners, employees and local companies.
