Fabulous Fizz!

Come and enjoy a decadent evening of fine sparkling wines. We'll sample 6 wines including Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, English Sparkling wine, and two sparkling wines from elsewhere in the world.
For many people, a glass of fizz before the start of a meal can be the most enjoyable drink of the evening.
The process involved in making the bubbles is key to the flavour and style of the wine. We will sample Champagne (made using the traditional method) and compare it with other fizz from around the world.
