The Market House, historically Lloyds bank which has been restored and transformed into a unique, urban and unforgettable space. The Market House has atmosphere like no other, a great crowd, brilliant bars and music festival vibes. The Market House has 24 boutique bedrooms, elaborately designed to provide dramatic design and uncompromised luxury.

Break The Bank

The Market House is unique and versatile, it can be hired out exclusively or in part. Choose from The Market Floor, The Mezz or the Rooftop Terrace with a private bar. Alternatively, as an ode to the former Lloyds bank, hire the Vault which has been transformed into a new secret garden. It is a hidden treasure with a custom-made electric glass roof which opens – creating a real sun trap! 

The Market House is also available as a dry hire option, this is particularly suitable for corporate events or larger productions and venue finders who are looking for a unique, stunning and historic venue situated in central Reading.
