Is your life often busy and stretched that you feel a bit overwhelmed and stressed?

Fortunately there are simple and effective meditation techniques you can learn to relieve anxiety and eventually overcome these debilitating habits of mind.

In this 5 week meditation course, you will discover what you need to do to prevent the build-up of harmful thoughts that lead to feeling overwhelmed and stressed. You will be guided in how to apply some relatively simple meditation techniques, that will bring relief from these often crippling habits of mind and improve your mental health, feel more relaxed and confident in your life.

You will learn how to:

  • Calm your mind down, meditate and focus
  • Let go of negative thoughts and feelings
  • Relax, find inner clarity, space and feel peaceful

Everyone is welcome

These classes are run as courses but you don't need to attend the full course and can just come along to individual classes as you wish. They are taught by Buddhist nun Kelsang Gyalwa
