Reading A440 is an exciting mixed voice choir who live roughly along the A4 (hence the quirky name). It is dedicated to combining musical excellence with a strong belief in building community partnerships through music.

We give concerts of traditional songs across the periods, but also themed concerts which may include narration, dance, poetry or photography. We often collaborate with other choirs, and frequently include instrumentalists in our concerts. We sing both in Reading and wider afield across Berkshire. We are a friendly choir, but try to sing to a high standard, and have auditions, and occasionally enter competitions, with successes at Reading, Cheltenham and Llandudno.
