Join the Friends of Clayfield Copse for Meadows Day at Clayfield Copse, celebrating the traditional hay meadows that once thrived across the countryside, home to a rich variety of plants, insects, and wildlife.

- Stalls with info about the wildlife there, plus plants, woodcrafts and bric-a-brac

What's on
Guided walks - Meadow & Woods 10:45am, Family Walk 11:15am
Butterflies - see the butterflies (if the temperature is right i.e. around 16 degrees), or cut out and colour your own to take home
Bees - Meet the beekeepers with all the info about bees and their honey. Pay a vist to the wild bees on the football field
How many wild flowers? So many to find, including Yellow Rattle, Jack-in-bed-by-noon and more
Slow Worms - just visiting for the day from John's garden (thanks John!)
