Join our FREE Saxophone Workshop with the Apollo Saxophone Quartet.
4pm - 6pm
The members of the Apollo Saxophone Quartet, each hugely experienced educators teaching at the UK’s leading conservatoires and in demand for masterclasses and workshops around the world, invite saxophonists of all ages and levels of backgrounds (Grade 4 and above) to join them for a 2 hour workshop, where you will prepare a short piece of music to be included in the evening concert. The members of the quartet will skilfully lead you through the music and offer technical and musical advice on taking your saxophone playing to the next level.
A unique opportunity to play and learn alongside some of the UK’s most respected saxophonists in a. Relaxed and informal atmosphere, where you will meet like minded saxophone players from the local area.

Please note: Your details will be retained for this workshop only, and deleted after the event. All U18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times - throughout the workshop and the performance in the concert. The final work produced from this workshop will be performed as part of the Apollo Saxophone Quartet concert at The Concert Hall in the evening. We would like all workshop participants to perform, if possible.
The concert starts at 7.30pm. All participants will get a FREE ticket to the concert. Parents/Guardians/family members will be sent a promocode to book reduced price tickets for the concert.
