Mother Tongue - Spring Term

Mother Tongue meets every Wednesday morning 10am to 11.30am during school term time at Jelly. The group brings people who enjoy making together to share craft skills and benefit from spending time with each other and enjoying making with their hands.

Mother Tongue is open to women with English as an additional language.

Come with your own craft project or don't bring anything at all and be inspired what materials and skills are on hand within the group. Each term a group project is set and you can decide to take part or work on your own craft.

Yarn, materials and needles are available and participants are also welcome to bring their own.

This term's group/community project is knitting items for the Royal Berkshire Hospital - Voluntary Services.

Mother Tongue welcomes all skill levels welcome from beginner to experienced.
