Queen of Glory screening + panel discussion

for International Women's Day

Come and join us for a screening of Queen of Glory, a film that explores identity and belonging whilst navigating grief and relationships. With an enagaging performance from the writer, director and lead, Nana Mensah the film highlights a woman at a cross roads through story telling, self exploration and gentle humour.

In addition, we'll be holding a panel with two local creatives -

Berni Palumbo at Shine Your Way Photography Originally from Naples, Italy, Berni has lived in Moscow, Los Angeles, and now England. With a professional background in foreign languages, she passionate about issues of dual identity and integration. As of 2013, Bernia has been working as a professional photographer, committed to authenticity and inclusion in her work.

Joyce Connor is a highly skilled and experienced professional makeup artist with over 25 years in the industry. Her work has been featured in numerous magazines and media outlets, showcasing her talent and creativity. In addition to working with individual clients, Joyce has also collaborated with corporate and commercial brands, delivering stunning and memorable results every time. Her expertise and passion for makeup artistry make her a sought-after artist in the industry.

They'll be sharing how they bring they authentic selves to their creative pratice whilst navigating the world, using their unique experiences. Join us to hear their stories and to connect with others as we celebrate International Womens Day.
