Mindful Mouse's Magical Meander
Reading Walks Festival 2024
Join the Nature Nurture team for a relaxing stroll, pausing along the way for some moments of mindfulness in nature.
Take an amble around the beautiful grounds at Caversham Court Gardens and enable yourself to slow down whilst you connect with nature. Stopping at regular intervals, we invite you to join in with our Mindful Mouse activities, for a totally stress-free experience that will leave you relaxed and resilient, ready to tackle life’s challenges. This walk is aimed at children aged 4-10 but parents and carers are encouraged to join in, if they feel comfortable. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Additionally, I collaborate with Dr. William Bird’s company Intelligent Health and serve as a trustee for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust and the Network of Wellbeing."
