Reading Rising returns for its fifith year at Facebar, once again bringing big names, local heroes, and lesser-known-but-upcoming-bands together on one exciting line-up of alt-rock goodness.
And Reading Rising is now a two day event, bringing 4 bands to Facebar on Friday, November 22nd, alongside 12 bands on Saturday, November 23rd - plus Club Reckless bringing the after-party on Saturday night. Individual day and weekend tickets are available to book online - or on the door.
2024 Line-Up
Friday 22 Nov
Bringing the noise to our Friday headlining slot will be Reading's own Marisa And The Moths, whose album 'What Doesn't Kill You' recently went #1 on the offical UK Rock Charts
Combining Rock and and EDM, we've got High Regard. Do you like Riffs? They got 'em. They've also had Radio 1 play and have recently played 2000 Trees Festival and Burn It Down Festival
Pop/Rock/Grooves - Wiltshire quartet All Ears Avow bring their polished set back to Reading Rising having wow’d our audience in 2021. Get your dancing shoes on.
Dynamic and fiery, this femme fatale approaches relationships with a tilted view, turning youth and romance upside down.
Unfortunately, One Last Day have had to drop out.

Red Room
Brighton’s two-piece power export 'Lake Malice' will be joining us on as headliners on Saturday near the end of their Europe and United Kingdom tour. Come and check out the band Kerrang! called 'The UKs most exciting new alt.metal band'
So good last year, we just had to have them back. Hot off the back of a US Tour earlier this year, our Red Room sub-headliners are Londons own metalcore legends 'Confessions Of A Traitor'
Bringing the heat from South Bucks, we have Shoot To Kill for all your hardcore needs. Get your two-step shoes on.
Adding two more bands for the final full announcement we have:
A lively mix between pop-punk and metal-core, this catchy energetic 4 piece blend big guitar solos and even bigger hooks.

Blue Room
Just getting back from Rockstadt Fest in Romania, and having played Download this year, we're bringing these Oxfordshire Post-Hardcore lads back to Reading for the first time since their second ever show at Reading Rising 2018.
Keeping it local, we have Reading-based Prog Metallers Arcaeon bringing soaring vocals and filthy screams over chunky Tech-Metal riffs, back from their European tour earlier this year.
Finally, Reading based 4-piece Alt-Rock outfit InAir, merging dancy hooks, ambient sections and breakdowns, we have our three top bill bands in blue room.
A driving Banbury base power duo. Electronics meets breakdowns meets harmonies.
Wiltshire alt rock trio, belting vocals, bluesy licks and punching drumming. Not to be missed.
