Do you want to get some headspace but find your mind racing? Have you tried meditation and mindfulness but just can't switch off?
Come and join Libby Witney from Magpie and the Mob for a morning of mindfulness and relaxation. Using experimental drawing techniques as a focus, you will be guided through a mindful, meditative practice that allows you to switch off and get some headspace. All followed with a wonderful brunch to make it the perfect Sunday morning in a calming waterside setting.
Session includes:
2 hours of guided meditation and mindfulness practice combining experimental drawing techniques to help focus your mind.
All materials needed including paper, drawing materials and resources.
Brunch including tea and coffee, or a glass of prosecco for a small extra cost.
All abilities are welcome whether you consistently meditate or have never tried it before! Whether you consider yourself creative or haven't picked up a pencil since school!
