From the infectious rhythms of Bizet’s Carmen Suite to the soulful melodies of Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez performed by “breathtaking” (Guardian) guitarist Sean Shibe, and Rimsky-Korsakov’s colourful Capriccio Espagnol. Before taking a trip across the continent as Stravinsky’s powerful Firebird Suite brings Russian folklore vividly to life.
