Festival Evensong at Christ Church, Reading

Join us at Christ Church for a traditional service of Choral Evensong at 6pm, followed by refreshments. The service is mostly sung, incorporating anthems, and is led by the choir.

Choral Evensong is a cornerstone of the church's cultural heritage, having been sung in the same format for centuries. The service includes wonderful choral music as well as short readings and prayers, with the congregation invited to join in the singing of the hymns. All are welcome.
