Reading's biggest and brightest street party!
Welcome to Whitley Carnival! Step right up and prepare to be amazed by the colours, sounds and energy of Reading’s brightest and best street party.
The main event starts with the Carnival Parade – incorporating dance, costumes, drumming, props, music, walkers and more! Come and watch from 12 noon on Sunday 20 July, anywhere along the route.
There are also community art workshops happening in the run up to the carnival that are free to attend!
