TAKE PART IN A WORKSHOP TO BE PART OF THE PARADE
In the run up to the carnival we will be running costume making workshops across Whitley where you can come and create your own colourful and fun costume to bring along to the parade.
Using cardboard, fabric and with lots of imagination we will be celebrating Whitley’s natural wildlife, green spaces as well as urban life and the families that live here. The workshops are suitable for all ages and our lovely team of artists will be on hand to support you and provide all necessary guidance..
Whitley Carnival is produced by Aspire2 in partnership with Whitley Community Development Association and supported by Arts Council England and the Earley Charity.
This class/workshop has already taken place.
