Sustainability Focus Group for 18 to 35s - representation, archives
Fri 24 Jan, 14:30 | Sat 25 Jan, 10:00
Join us in the Mills Archive space for a guided discussion about archives and their role within wider climate change and sustainability narratives, activism, and education.
We will be covering a few topics around food and energy history, climate change, and the role of archives. The conversation will help the Mills Archive Trust to continue our work as a charity committed to sustainability within our archives and beyond. You will be given a small tour of the space, have the chance to meet other young people interested in history and sustainability, and have an opportunity to shape our work as an educational charity!
We have two slots available across two dates - you only need to sign up to one.
- Friday, January 24 · 2:30 - 4:15pm
- Saturday, January 25 · 10 - 11:45am
Refreshments will be provided, and as a thank you we will be handing out free book vouchers to the first 5 people that sign up (on attendance)!
No previous experience or knowledge is required.
Please note: part of the session will be audio-recorded.
