Guided walk from Henley Distillery, Binfield Heath
Join Walk Works out in the middle of the beautiful South Oxfordshire countryside on Friday 22nd November for this stunning 7km route. Starting at 9.30am (and finishing) at The Henley Distillery, where Director Alan will be on hand to show us around the 18th century barn, and to talk to us about his award winning gins and Temple Island Rum. We can take a look in the Gin Experience Room, learn about the tasting experiences on offer, and buy something special to take home with us.
The walk is 7km over farmlands, fields and through woods with the most awesome views over towards Henley and beyond. We will pass the pretty church of Binfield Heath, fields full of turnips, woods with multicoloured leaves, majestic houses, Green Pond and the mushroom shaped well known as Keeps Well alongside it. Bring flasks/snacks to enjoy together at the end of the walk.
