The South Chiltern Choral Society has been singing together and performing for almost 70 years.  We have about 100 members who meet up during term time every Monday night from 7.30 pm at Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge School in Sonning Common to rehearse for the next SCCS concert. 

Our repertoire is varied; classical, traditional, easy listening, jazz and contemporary. We perform three concerts a year in Reading and Oxfordshire, with professional and non-professional soloists and instrumentalists and have participated in a number of exchange tours with other choirs, most recently in Albi, France.  

Our fees are not much more than a cup of coffee for a great evening’s singing - just £110 a year, and we do offer concessions. Come and join us – we will be pleased to see you - no auditions needed.
