An art club for younger children and their families to explore ideas and artists

Join us for our monthly after school art club. Each month we will look at the work of a different artist or art technique.
In this session, we're going to explore imagination using watercolours, graphite and posca pens: transforming one thing into another. One person will start by making a shape, and then their partner will change it into something new. We'll be focusing on unleashing creativity and imagination, seeing things in a whole new light. Can you spot faces in everyday objects or animals in the clouds? Let's play with our imagination and have some creative fun!
These fun exploratory and experimental sessions are aimed at children between the ages of 5 - 11yrs (school year 1 to year 6), younger siblings welcome by prior arrangement.
This is a family art workshops and an adult is required to stay with the child throughout the duration of the class.
