Wild Workout Wander
Join the Nature Nurture team for a fun walk and hop, skip and jump into fitness with our friendly animals to help you along the way. Set in the beautiful grounds of Caversham Court Gardens, this is a fun filled, action packed walk that will be incorporating 12 Wild Workout stations along the way. The Wild Workout activities are primarily aimed at children aged 2-10 but parents and carers are encouraged to join in, if they feel comfortable. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult. More information. Packs will be available to purchase after the walk.

About the walk leader
The walk is led by Natalie Ganpatsingh.
"I established Nature Nurture in 2011, with a simple mission: connecting communities across Reading with the parks, woodlands and waterways on our doorstep. My eclectic career spans community art, theatre design, illustration, and Forest School. Additionally, I collaborate with Dr. William Bird’s company Intelligent Health and serve as a trustee for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust and the Network of Wellbeing."
