Woodley Concert Band Joint Summer Concert 2026

Woodley Concert Band is delighted to present a very special Summer Concert, at which they will be joined by the University of West Virginia (WVU) Alumni Band. Its members were all players in the WVU band as students, now coming together as graduates in the alumni band for events during the year. The WVU Alumni Band are on tour in the UK and France this summer and will be performing with WCB for this special concert.

Each band will perform their own programme, with a short break between. You can expect lots of familiar tunes from both sides of the Atlantic, and maybe a few surprises! It will certainly be an enjoyable way to spend a summer’s evening, with music
