Special Short Walk to find out about the Cowsey for my charity - Green Health Thames Valley Charity

This special easy 1.8 miles return walk goes from the Green Health Thames Valley Base to the Cowsey and back!

Parking is limited at the Well Centre in surrounding roads, so I suggest if you can use bus number 5, number 6 and 6a. Buses run from Station Road in the Town Centre. More details at - https://greenhealththamesvalley.org.uk/where-we-work/

We finish back at the centre for light refreshment, see what the charity is all about & a short chat.

PLEASE ARRIVE 10mins EARLY for signing in & my safety brief etc.
Accompanied children & good dogs on leads are welcome.

Thames Valley Green Health - Is a mental health charity that work with adults in a number of ways. Members may start with one-to-one teaching, and if comfortable, may then graduate to small groups, usually containing a maximum of 4 people. Our Therapeutic Horticulture Lead teaches horticulture skills at a pace that suits the individual. I have known Charlotte for several years and we have made all sorts of donations to them, from gardening equipment to a wishing well when we downsized.
