Vineyard Pilates & Lunch

Tuesday 29th July from 11am - 1pm

Join expert Pilates instructor Polly Hamilton for a rejuvenating hour of core movement and stretching, followed by a light, delicious lunch in the serene surroundings of Stanlake Park.

Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates pro or a curious beginner, this all-levels class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and energised. Held in our beautiful, restored 19th-century Wedding Barn — or outdoors by the vineyard, weather permitting — it’s the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with your body.

After your session, enjoy a relaxing light lunch featuring a cheese and/or charcuterie board paired with a refreshing soft drink — a delightful way to complete your experience. Don’t forget to bring your own mat!

You’re also welcome to stay in our charming Wine Bar, where you can order a glass of our award-winning wines, hot drinks, or additional food and treats to make the most of your visit.

  • Option to practise indoors or outdoors (weather dependent)

  • Please arrive on time for a prompt start at 11 am.
  • You’re welcome to stay afterwards in our Wine Bar as long as you like – we only close at 6 pm!
