Where Do We Go From Here?

Ten travellers, one platform. A call for change, but will change come? Through missing a connection, we find we have more in common than that which divides us.

In the breakdown of a system comes the opportunity for something new.

A play and Q&A panel hosted by BBC Radio 3’s Fiona Talkington, who has worked alongside participants to develop creative writing in this play. ‘ Where do We Go From Here’ is written, devised and performed by refugees, asylum seekers, and those with lived experience of disablement and mental health challenges at South Street Arts Centre Wednesday November 09th 2022.

This performance will include BSL (British Sign Language) for the deaf community and AD (Audio Description) will be available. Wheelchair access is also available. This performance is suitable for all age ranges.

If you need BSL interpretation and/or prefer to be near where the interpreters are more visible, please enquire about this via the Front of House staff before the show and ask them for recommendations. We will also have a British Sign Language interpreter before the show to help with this.

‘Where do we go to from here?’ is funded by Arts Council England, and Reading Council and is a partnership project with Rank & File Theatre, Refugee Support Group and Compass Recovery College.
