Sh!t Theatre return with a work in progress showing of the first ever two-woman performance art mega musical about the first ever female president of a country in the history of the world, and her name is...? Join disco dictators Becca and Louise for the wild story of Isabel Peròn, Gogo dancer turned president, who led Argentina for 18 disastrous months before being overthrown in a military coup.
During the reign of the first ever female president of a country in the history of the world, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice were writing their first block buster musical about President Isabel Perón's dead husband's even deader ex-wife. And now, nobody remembers Isabel. Coincidence?
We are here to right that wrong.
EVITA TOO tells Isabel's story and the story of Sh!t Theatre, who discovering she is still alive, travel across Argentina and Spain in search of the mysterious recluse. Whilst endeavouring to write a musical to match Tim and Andrew's, Sh!t Theatre and Isabel's lives surprisingly and tragically intertwine.
Truth! Justice! Brand New Songs! Wizards?! Yes, wizards! And if you play your cards right, naked roller-skating.
