Limehouse Lizzy 2025

Celebrating Over Three Decades of Celtic Rock Excellence

Thu 27 & Fri 28 Feb, doors 7.30pm

Now entering their third decade as a premier touring act, Limehouse Lizzy continues to dominate stages worldwide, keeping the legacy of Celtic rock icon Philip Lynott and his legendary band, Thin Lizzy, alive. Known for their electrifying performances and unwavering attention to detail, Limehouse Lizzy has become an equally dominant force on the live Classic Rock circuit.

Recognised with an official PRS/Billboard award as Britain’s Hardest Working Act in their category, and featured in the BBC's critically acclaimed ‘Arena’ documentary series, Limehouse Lizzy’s influence extends beyond the stage. Lead singer and bassist Wayne Ellis has further left his mark as a former member of the recording and touring band The Clan, alongside none other than original Thin Lizzy and Motörhead member, Brian Robertson.

2023/24 has marked a period of unprecedented results for Limehouse Lizzy, with a record number of sold-out performances (41 in 2023 alone) on their highly celebrated Anniversary Tour. The band’s stellar production and accomplished lineup have garnered widespread acclaim, solidifying this period as the most successful in their history so far. This is in addition to international tours (USA, UAE, Caribbean, Scandinavia, NL), corporate client engagements (Virgin Atlantic, Mitsubishi, and Silverstone), and features in renowned magazine (Guitarist, Bass Player, Loaded)and book publications (The Rocker, and Send In The Clones).

As they march irrepressibly into 2025, Limehouse Lizzy continues to deliver their unique and irresistible tribute to Philip Lynott and Thin Lizzy, ensuring the band’s timeless hits remain a staple in rock music for years to come.
