High Vibes #6: Wild Island + Haress + Dom James

High Vibes are delighted to herald the turning leaf with appropriate autumnal vibes.

Bringing their mesmeric guitar lines down from the hills of Shropshire to Reading, Elizabeth Still and David Hand the two core members of Haress, intertwine dark repetitive figures, interspersed with moments of pure joy, all the while creating a hypnotic, mantra like state with interplay that is almost telepathic and invisible.

Wild Island bring their exquisite song writing, heartfelt lyrical structures, mastery of guitar frequency and improvised rhythms to the mix. Playing as a trio for the first time, prepare to be gently transported on the West wind.

And opening up, our very own Dom James returns, Dom is a Reading based musician currently focussing on minimal repetitive music as a salve for the woes of the modern world.
