South Street Youth Theatre - New Term

South Street Youth Theatre offers young people the opportunity to develop drama skills in a relaxed and fun environment. Led by experienced, professional tutors the groups will work towards performances which are then staged at South Street's professionally run main theatre space.

The emphasis is on the imagination and creativity of the young people, so all their performances are devised, written and performed by them in collaboration with the directors. As well as performing at South Street, in recent years the young people have taken a show to the Edinburgh Fringe, created a show for a bus and a "promenade" performance through South Street. 

A new term is beginning and we're ready to welcome new members to all four of our sessions:

Juniors One (Years 1, 2 & 3)

• Saturdays 10am - 11am

Juniors Two (Years 4, 5 & 6)

• Saturdays 11.15am – 12.15pm

Seniors One (Years 7, 8 & 9)

• Mondays 4.30pm – 6pm

Seniors Two (Years 10-13)

• Mondays 6pm - 8pm
