You’re invited to Sheer Obsession's Suspenders 

On Saturday 28th September, S.O.S will return to The Rising Sun Arts Centre!!

SOS is a grassroots DIY queer Reading night of drag, showcasing performances from local acts.

Tickets available on a sliding scale, pay what you can basis to enable those in differing financial situations to come and join in!:

£5 Unwaged/Low income 

£10 General Admission

£15 Solidarity 

£20 Solidarity ++++

No-one turned away for lack of funds, please email doubleokaygroup@gmail.com to arrange free entry if needed.

This is an 18+ event

Doors at 7pm, show starts 8pm.

Covid Regulations

  • Please as always respect people’s personal space, and allow room for people to social distance should they wish to.
  • Please do a lateral flow test before attending the event, if you are able
  • Please DO NOT ATTEND if you are displaying any Covid symptoms or test positive for Covid-19.

Please don’t assume people’s pronouns or gender.

Respect everyone’s personal space - this includes volunteers, staff, audience members and performers!

Zero tolerance for harassment/discrimination. No transphobia, homophobia, racism, islamophobia, anti semitism, body shaming, slut shaming, fatphobia, sexism, ableism. 

Access

The downstairs of the Rising Sun Arts Centre where this event is held is wheelchair accessible. There is a disabled access toilet on the ground floor, and the bar area is also wheelchair accessible. 

This event will be seated, but please feel free to get up and stretch or move around when you need to.

There is a space upstairs (not wheelchair accessible) if you need a break out space - please talk to a volunteer on the night if you need this. There is a car park space outside that can also be used as a break out space.
