The Big Goodbye feat. Grant Sharkey

w/ Paula Curtis

For well over a decade, possibly two, the Big Untidy Night Out has been a staple part of the programme here at the Rising Sun. Alas, just as Barry and Jake before him, Mark has decided to hang-up his Untidy hat.

But he managed to book one last night of Big, Untidy goodness - A Big Goodbye, if you will! And still just £5 on the door - or £4 (plus booking fee) in advance

Grant Sharkey

A firm Big Untidy favourite over the last few years. In 2013 Grant Sharkey embarked upon a mission to release an album every 6 months for the next 20 years and see, armed primarily with a double bass, how far it got him.

With a live show that combines music, comedy and chaos, he's performed over 1000 shows from living rooms and to gardens to appearances at Glastonbury, Isle of Wight and Bestival Festivals. 2 years at Edinburgh Fringe Festival and supported a diverse range of artists such as The Lounge Kittens, Mike Watt, Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer, SK Shlomo, Electric Six, K*nt and the Gang, Dodgy, Beans On Toast, Attila the Stockbroker and Andrew O'Neill.

Paula Curtis

A well-known name from Big Untidies past, Paula is a singer-songwriter where every song has a story. And every song IS a story.
