Tanishka, a former comedian best known as Facebook’s Moon Woman with 463,000 followers. She is on a Whirling Rainbow Tour across the globe offering free talks in communities from India to Morocco to Portugal! She is touring the UK this Summer offering free talks and community practices to create social sustainability; which she claims is the missing piece overlooked in our global conversation on sustainability.
She is currently in Reading and teaming up with Acre (Alliance for Cohesion and Racial Equality) and offering 2 free talks at the Boardroom, Acre Oxford Rd Community Centre on Friday 7th July, and on Sunday 9th - where they're also offering a free community feast and gathering, with live music, including Lulila Rose and her album LifeForce Shaktivation! Plus there'll be djembe drumming, and a festive vibe with bring n share food, where we ask everyone to contribute some food, a dessert, refreshment or fruit.
Tanishka is a powerful speaker, she also used to be a comedian, so super funny! This is an amazing opportunity to come meet her in person.
