The Mike Goff Trio with Ewen Baird

Jazz at The Fisherman’s Cottage returns with saxophonist and bandleader Ewen Baird. Originally from Malawi, Ewen spent his formative years in Edinburgh and is currently based in Oxford. Amongst others, he has performed with Jim Mullen, Steve Waterman, Geoff Castle, Kenny Baker and Dave Jones.

A seasoned tenor saxophonist with a contemporary sound and an eclectic repertoire, Ewen will be supported by the rhythm section of Nick Hill on piano, Mike Goff on drums and Howard King on bass.
