Ebb & Flow's Christmas Artisan and Farmers Market

Ebb & Flow, One Station Hill’s brand new development of luxury build-to-rent apartments, will be hosting its first ever Christmas market in partnership with Caversham’s Nood Stores, which will bring its already established Christmas market to the luxury apartment complex in Reading’s town centre.

The market will primarily be situated in Ebb & Flow’s indoor social spaces, with select stands found in the accompanying outdoor courtyard, and is open to the general public as well as residents of Ebb & Flow.

You'll be treated to a variety of stalls – from local gins courtesy of Henley Distillery to tipples from Ryyhmik Cocktails; sweet treats from the likes of Pippins Donuts, Happy Fox Bakes, Tuga Pastries and Nic’s Bakery; plus homeware and gift ideas from Knit17 and Snow Moon Creations, amongst others.

A festive VIP lounge will be open to Ebb & Flow residents, where they can enjoy mulled wine and mince pies whilst browsing the market’s selection of indoor stalls. Meanwhile, a festive bar will be established in the courtyard, providing additional drinks choices alongside a mulled wine stand to get visitors in the festive mood. Live music will keep guests entertained, including a local choir providing a traditional Christmas soundtrack.

As well as celebrating local artisan food makers and craftspeople, the market is the perfect representation of Ebb & Flow’s vision to put community at its core, bringing people together and providing ample space for locals to meet and socialise.

Ebb & Flow is situated within Reading’s premium One Station Hill development – the biggest investment and regeneration project in Reading in over a decade. As well as the luxury apartments, the development offers a wealth of social spaces – roof terraces, pocket parks, co-working spaces and health and fitness facilities, to name a few. The site is just a stone’s throw from Reading Station, connecting the town’s main rail facilities with its central shopping district.
