Meeting point is outside the rear of Reading Train Station near the Coffee Van. From here we will start our walk, making our way towards the river Thames. As we emerge onto the bank of the river we will pause and with just a small glance left and right we will be able to see all three bridges involved in today’s walk: Reading Bridge, Christchurch Bridge and Caversham Bridge. This year’s route also includes an extension to the Hydro system and Caversham Lock.
Bring snacks and a drink. Comfortable shoes. Toilets available at the start and end of the walk in Reading Station.

Clare works for the Thames Path National Trail, the riverside footpath that follows the entire course of the River Thames from its source in the Cotswolds to London. She is passionate about walking in the great outdoors and loves to share fun facts with her walkers!
