Legends Unveiled: A Football Q&A - Nicky Shorey
Nicky Shorey signed for Reading in 2000 and MAde more than 300 appearances for the club.
He is considered to be one of the greatest left backs in the club's history, and was part of the record-breaking Reading side that won promotion to the Premier League for the first time.
Shorey was the first Reading Player to represent England for more than 100 years, making his debut against Brazil in a side that included David Beckham, Michael Owen and Frank Lampard.
Shorey also played for Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, Portsmouth, West Bromwich Albion, Leyton Orient and Bristol City.
