Pushpin
Pushpin are a four-piece band based in South London. Inspired by acts from Squid to Fiona Apple and MGMT, their sound combines influences from post-punk, synth-led psychedelia and chamber pop.
Their music has been featured on BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio London, BBC Introducing and Soho Radio, and has been performed at 93 Feet East. Their 2021 single ‘Folds’ attracted wide critical praise, described as an “intriguing art pop gem” (Music for the Misfits), “musical mastery” (Xune Mag) and an “anthem that deserves to echo across football fields” (Night Time Bops). It was also described as “filthy bunker-funk to shake your junk” (Tobi, Fresh On The Net).
