Andrew O'Neill

Andrew O'Neill is an award-winning comedian, musician and best-selling writer. A psychedelic non-binary whirlwind, they combine surrealism, polemic and good old-fashioned stagecraft to produce uniquely counter-cultural stand-up.

Andrew has performed in over a dozen different countries, at over a hundred different festivals and is equally at home in rowdy comedy clubs as performing to their own cult following.

TV credits include Good Omens 2 (Summer 2023), Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Saxondale, 50 Years Of Rock Excess, The Blame Game, Spicks and Specks and Good News Week. Their own Radio 4 stand-up show Pharmacist Baffler won an award. A natural fit at music festivals, they have performed stand-up at Glastonbury, Download, Leeds and Reading, Bloodstock, Latitude, V-Fest and supported Amanda Palmer, Les Claypool and once even the Kaiser Chiefs at the London Palladium.

Jack Hester

In traditional Gaelic culture, the Seanchai (or the Storyteller) is the most revered member of the community.

When Jack was growing up all he wanted to be Taoiseach (Prime Minister of Ireland) to be revered; as an adult, he concluded there were enough jokers in politics and decided to try become a comedian instead, and travel around the world telling jokes and stories to lift people’s spirits.

Perhaps being a comedian is a little like being a Seanchai.

“Hester rattles through stories like an expert, getting us to payoff after payoff quickly.” - The Wee Review.

“Hester found the sweet spot between confidence – and the feeling he could say almost anything and get away with it – and conspiratorial conversation “ - Chortle.
