Puppetry with Objects

Join Ruby to learn about the art of puppetry through inanimate objects. Reconnect with the child-like impulse to create personalities for objects and bring them to life through movement. The workshop will start with thinking about the use of objects in puppetry, playing with objects in ways they were not originally intended for, then optionally crafting objects into types of puppets; finally creating your own puppet performances. You can bring any everyday objects you want to try animating or using to create a puppet, objects and materials will also be provided.
