Seeds

Curated by Vickie Amiralis

9 Sep-13 Oct | Thur- Sat: 10am - 6pm | Sun: 11am - 5pm

An exhibition and public-facing event series exploring the relationship between humanity and nature.

Through the work of sixteen artists, visitor participation and a series of events and workshops Seeds aims to ignite discussions, ideas and actions that will encourage our collective environmental consciousness to grow. The exhibition brings together a selection of works of a variety of mediums; ceramics, illustration, painting, photography, publications, sculpture and sound. Each work investigates a unique area of the human-nature nexus.

Exhibiting artists: Andrew Holmes, Angelina Bertozzi, Anton Spice, Doireann Gillan, James Ort, Lilly Yang, Lisa Ommanney, Lizzie Cardozo, Megan Hayes Fisher, Olivia Langdon, Rosalie Wammes, Sam Hamper, Semin Hong, Soyeon Kim, Vangelis Tzolakis & Vickie Amiralis.

Workshops and events for all ages run throughout the duration of the exhibition. These are hosted by exhibiting artists, local communities, creative groups and charities to expand the depth of our exploration. Take a look at the listings below to sign up and read more information on each event.
