Please Note: Broad St Mall Lift is out of use.
Due to a technical issue, the lift in the Broad Street Mall car park at the rear of the mall (near The Hexagon Theatre) has been taken out of use until further notice whilst repairs are carried out. Customers wishing to access the car park may continue to use the stairs or the main lifts within the mall when the centre is open. Out of hours, customers should contact the control room on 0118 957 6633 and the team will be happy to escort you to the car park through the mall, via the entrance next to TK Maxx. 
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
