The ever-exuberant Bollywood playback singer and composer, Amit Kumar, returns to the UK for his latest tour 'yeh sham mastani' this May 2023.
Son of the legendary Kishore Kumar, Amit Kumar also boasts of his own legacy with superhits that he sang throughout his illustrious career, including 'bade achhe lagte hain', "yaad aa rahi hai", "aati rahengi baharein" and the contemporary smash-hit "bole chudiyan" from 'kabhi khushi kabhie gham'.

Having predominantly worked in Bollywood and regional film songs since the 1970s, Amit Kumar’s catalogue includes over 150 songs in six different languages.
Having made a name for himself within the industry, Amit Kumar since the mid-90’s has focused on live performances with full orchestra bands, taking the magic of the studio to the masses.

As well as taking the rich legacy of his father forward, 'yeh sham mastani' also pays tribute to Rd Burman, the musical maestro behind many of Kishore and Amit Kumar's superhit songs. Collaborations between the melodious trio are still firm favourites of music lovers across the globe.

The UK tour 2023 will be recreating that very same magic coupled with never shared-before anecdotes and behind the scenes stories.
