Catch us Monday evenings at 7pm and 8.15pm for Aerial Hoop, or join us Wednesday evenings for gentle Aerial Yoga at 6pm and 7.15pm. Classes are £18 and require booking in advance to save your space. Our sessions are intimate and welcome a maximum of 8 people. This allows us to tailor each session to suit the group’s needs, so you’ll get the most out of every single class. Aerial Yoga with us
When was the last time you hung out, upside down? We’re talking fully supported and suspended in the air upside down, with a new found sense of freedom. Welcome to Aerial Yoga…It’s just a few feet off the ground, and it can turn your practice on its head, literally!
A typical Aerial Yoga class would usually start and end with relaxation inside the hammock. This is your time to chill out and check in. What’s amazing about this relaxation, is that you are essentially floating inside a hammock where you feel cocooned, safe and weightless. It’s the perfect place to let your tensions melt away.
When it comes to the asana, you’ll meet lots of your traditional postures. Fancy trying an aerial Sun salutations or Downward Dog?
Adding a hammock to your practice is a great way to mix up your routine and add a new challenge to a familiar pose. The hammock can offer additional support when needed, as well as assisting a deeper stretch in poses you’re more comfortable with. It's a great way to build strength and confidence and most importantly it’s fun, something which we seem to lose a little as adults.
Our sessions are suitable for beginners with no experience required. We run regular classes and workshops open to all. On top of this, we host parties, corporate team building events and offer performances for special occasions! Contact us for more information.
Aerial Hoop with us
Looking to mix up your fitness routine? Or possibly just fancy a fun day hanging out with friends? Aerial Hoop is fun fitness at its finest and a more exciting alternative to your traditional gym. Over time, you'll develop strength and flexibility and we'll get you using muscles you didn't know existed. Aerial Hoop classes with us combine circus fitness with dance based movement. Sessions are taught on low hanging metal hoops and will challenge you physically and mentally. We love our circus roots, so we'll be sure to include circus tricks and flips with some spinning thrown in for good measure.
We use professional equipment, experienced teachers and love welcoming new students to our community! Our sessions are suitable for beginners with no experience required.
