Heavy Pop: Master Peace

with Raynor

Peace Okezie, better known as Master Peace, is the genre-blurring South London artist redefining what it means to be indie in the 2020s. Shaped by the contrasts of his upbringing—from the grit of SE London to the calm of suburban Surrey—Peace channels his split identity into a sound that fuses the raw energy of indie with the honesty of modern pop lyricism. His 2024 debut album How To Make A Master Peace earned him an Ivor Novello Rising Star Award, acclaim from Rolling Stone, MTV, Zane Lowe, and stages at Glastonbury and beyond. Now in a bold new chapter with EP Stupid Kids, Peace has turned introspection into empowerment—celebrating resilience, defying expectations, and proving why he remains one of the UK’s most vital and unpredictable voices.

Master Peace has just announced his second album, ‘if i don’t love you, who will ?’ coming October 2nd.

Fans are already flocking to the comments and buzzing in the Discord, and social & DSP branding has been flipped for the new era! Peace also announced a new date this June in Reading after selling out his London show in 24 hours. With ONE of ONE coming this Friday (22nd May), we couldn’t be more thrilled about this announcement.

Support comes from Raynor, a 19-year-old indie-pop artist from Peterborough, just north of London, raised in a Zimbabwean family. Music has been his natural language since childhood, inspired early on by artists like Michael Jackson. In 2025, while finishing his A-levels, he began sharing songs on TikTok, where his voice quickly reached millions and sparked rapid fan demand. His sound is melodic, emotional, and endlessly replayable, draws comparisons to Daniel Caesar and King Krule, which Raynor jokingly calls “FIFA music.” His debut single “Brighter Than Before” introduces an artist turning real life into unforgettable indie-pop anthems.
