United Strings of Europe creates profound musical experiences that celebrate diversity and bridge cultural divides. Bringing together players from across Europe, the group is led by Artistic Director Julian Azkoul. With a focus on new commissions and unique arrangements of music from a variety of cultures, their playing is acclaimed as ‘virtuosically expressive’ (The Times).
Combining Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and Piazzolla’s Four Seasons of Buenos Aires (arr.Desyatnikov), this programme sees members of the ensemble share solo parts and, in some cases, even switch instruments. A hugely entertaining concert that is sure to delight audiences.
