Join Chorate on a jaunt through the varied musical terrain of several centuries in a celebration of birds great and small.
“Lullaby of Byrdland”,our summer concert, features Nightingales, Blackbirds, Eagles, Sparrows and a Cuckoo, amongst other feathered friends, as portrayed by composers from Byrd to the Beatles, topped off by Lucy Walker’s fabulous “Bird Raptures”. We are delighted that St Michael’s can host this concert; they will split the proceeds between local wildlife trust BBOWT and their own Flower Festival.
Free entry with retiring collection. Please come prepared to support St Michael’s who are running a bar during the interval.
