Our new programme of indoor meetings for 2024/25 starts with an illustrated talk from Steve Watson about the Northern Goshawk, with HD quality video footage of this magnificent raptor.
Steve will talk about the bird's population levels and dynamics, flight, hunting strategy and breeding activity and timing.
BOC indoor meetings are usually quite well-attended by local birders and bird-enthusiasts. Non-members are very welcome to attend this free event, which is suitable for anyone interested in wild birds and conservation - you don't have to be an expert.
