TicketPlan Refund Protection

TicketPlan Refund Protection is available for most tickets purchased at Reading Arts. We recommend that you include this option as your tickets are non refundable.

Adding TicketPlan Protection will protect you against cancellation resulting from accidents, travel disruption and unexpected illnesses, or other specified unforeseen circumstances.

TicketPlan Refund Protection costs £1.75 per performance ticket. Please ensure you select enough items to cover all of the tickets in your booking for the policy to be valid.

TicketPlan Refund Protection is an optional service offered by Reading Arts and administered by TicketPlan on their behalf. It is not an insurance policy. Claims are approved & provided by Ticketplan and not Reading Arts, please see below for details of how to make a claim with Ticketplan.

Ticketplan Refund Protection is automatically offered as an option when booking online and can be added to your order when purchasing over the phone or in person with Reading Arts. It must be added at the same time as your ticket purchase and you must ensure there is sufficient quantity to cover all of the tickets in your booking in order for your policy to be valid.

Once purchased you will receive a voucher and details of your order which should be retained as proof of purchase.

Refund protection is optional, if you do not require cover simply proceed to the basket as usual when booking online, you can also delete any unwanted items from the basket before completing your purchase.

You have the right to cancel your refund protection within 14 days of purchase providing the event is not due to take place within the next 24 hours and has not already taken place. If you wish to cancel your protection please email hexagonboxoffice@reading.gov.uk quoting your order number.

Please note that the refund promise is provided and managed by Ticketplan and not Reading Arts. Please do not contact Reading Arts or the Box Office regarding your claim as we will be unable to assist or approve a refund.
